Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship all orders from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse located in Spain (European Union). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected carrier.

  • Bulgaria: 2–6 business days

  • Spain: 1–3 business days

  • Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy and other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, customs controls, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Order tracking

If tracking is available for the selected shipping service, a tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging without external references to the fulfillment partner or product contents.
