We ship all orders from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse located in Spain (European Union). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected carrier.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for the selected shipping service, a tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
