Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags (if applicable)

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products and intimate items (for hygiene reasons) once opened

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-day withdrawal right

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be returned unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
